If you are the original purchaser of Optic Nerve or ONE sunglasses and there is a manufacturer's defect in the material or workmanship, we'll make it right.  All of our eyewear is covered under a limited lifetime warranty.  It's important to note that this policy does not apply to normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, dropped sunglasses, etc.  While Optic Nerve has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects, we promise to always have our customer's best interest at heart.  

Please note, a standard warranty fee will typically apply.  Optic Nerve reserves the right to determine this cost.  If you are making a claim on a sunglass or goggle model that is no longer available, Optic Nerve reserves the right to send you a pair with a similar size and fit.
This warranty applies only to residents of the United States. For international warranty claims, please contact your international distributor.
